As a professional supervisor for over 20  years I am committed to the use of supervision to support individuals to reflect on their practice in a safe, supportive environment to increase their skills, improve service to their clients/whanau/community while taking care of themselves in the process. I am passionate about health professionals caring for themselves while caring for others. I currently supervise a wide range of individuals working in the health and education sectors along with a life coaching practice. The models I use in supervision are varied depending on the need however are primarily based on Kolbs learning cycle including the What, Now What, So What model of reflective practice.

Options for how supervision models may occur:

Supervision sessions can take place face to face or via Skype, Zoom or phone. Contact me for a chat about the possibilities of entering into supervision together.
