COMMUNITY OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (FTE 0.4) – PORIRUA Region

Mary Potter Hospice is looking for an Occupational Therapist to be part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for providing specialist palliative care to patients within the Porirua Region.
In this varied role you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy interventions for patients and their families. You will provide specialist education both internally and externally and support the Day Hospice service as required.
You will be an experienced registered Occupational Therapist with appropriate tertiary level qualifications. Community and palliative care experience is desirable.
