We’re looking for a suitably qualified Mental Health Professional to fill this key role of Intake Worker that serves an important function as the first point of contact with the CAFS team. An RN is preferred however consideration will be given to other disciplines. This role primarily involves receiving new referrals, clarifying these and gathering further information when required, then conducting the intake assessment sessions with consumers and family/whanau. Depending on the requirements of the department you may also be required to carry a small caseload as and when required.

You must be a Registered Health Professional, with a current APC – Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker with experience in working within a mental health sector with children, adolescents and their families.
