Waikato DHB has an exciting opportunity for an occupational therapist to join the Rural and Community Services Occupational Therapy (OT) team.
The role is based in Hamilton with the Supported Transfer and Accelerated Rehabilitation Team (START). This position will be involved with home based START rehab programmes and will also support the Rural and community Services OT team.
We are seeking someone with:
- a positive, flexible attitude
- the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- excellent time management skills
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have stoke rehab skills and knowledge
We provide regular clinical supervision and have a commitment to continuous professional development.
