Multiple Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Positions Available for Immediate Start
The Department of Health (DoH) has multiple full-time and part-time Occupational Therapy vacancies across various locations within Tasmanian Public Hospitals, including Burnie, Latrobe, Launceston and Hobart.
Although positions are offered on a per-hospital basis, the recruitment process is a single state-wide recruitment campaign. A single application will allow you to apply for places at all four hospitals.
These positions would suit energetic, and flexible Occupational Therapists who enjoy a diverse case mix, busy work environment and opportunity to contribute to service development.
The Occupational Therapy Department in each region provides inpatient services to all acute and sub-acute wards including emergency medical, surgical, paediatrics and rehabilitation. The Department also provide services to outpatient clinics, district hospitals and community-based programs. These roles require working with a person-centred approach to promote, develop and provide high quality evidence based occupational therapy services.
